The ETL report number assoclated with the Performer booth is, 3044856. <br />The following informatlon specifically addresses Fire Department Note No. 2 on Sheet A2.1: <br />a. The wall panels, doors, and hip Iight panels of the Performer booth are double skin <br />construction, consisting of two 20 gage sheet metal thicknesses. The plenum and roof panels <br />of the Pertormer booth are single skin construction, consisting of one 18 gage thickness. Both <br />the 20 and 16 gage material are made of galvanized then pre-painted white sheet steel. <br />b. The Performer spray booth is dasigned with smooth interior surfaces free of ledges or crevices. <br />The file PFMDP-271409SBP-3-02 enclosed with this packet shows the exploded view of the <br />cabin and the smooth Interior. <br />c. Fire suppression for the booth is required but not supplied by GFS. <br />d. The portable fire extinguisher is required but not supplied by GFS. <br />e. All wiring provided by GFS is deslgned and approved for the location where it is used. All field <br />wiring must comply with local codes and the requirements of NFPA 70, the National ElectHc <br />Code. <br />Independent mechanical ventilation is provided for spray booth, prep stati�n, artd mix room. <br />The air flow rate through the both spray booth and prep station is 12,OOOcfm. The air flow rete <br />through the paint mix room is 1150cFm. <br />g. The following interlocks operate on the Performer booth equipped with an Axiom control panel. <br />Attached to this email are images of the Axiom control panel and the components of the panel. <br />Also attached is a schematic drawing of the panel. <br />i. The sprey booth doors must be closed and the ventilation running before the <br />spray gun solenoid wlll activate. <br />ii. The spray gun solenoid Is disabled when the booth is in cure mode. <br />iil. A purge mode of three minutes is programmed into the Axfom controi pa�el <br />used on the Pertormer booth. <br />iv. The spray booth operates with 10% fresh afr during the drying mode. Air is <br />not recirculated during the spray mode. <br />v. Two high Iimit switches are factory installed in the air heater.
