WHEREAS, the State of Washington in its Sessions Laws of 2019, Chapter 416 Section 220 authorizes funding for Public Transportation Programs and other special proviso funding as identified in the budget through its 2019-2021 biennial appropriations to WSDOT; and WHEREAS, the CONTRACTOR has requested funds for the above shown project or program, which has been selected by WSDOT for funding assistance.
