EVERETT WASHINGTON ORDINANCE NO. 3708-19 An ORDINANCE amending Ordinance No. 3578-17 entitled "Wall Street Building Window Replacement Project" (now called the Everett Municipal Building), Fund 342, Program 025,to accumulate the construction costs for the project in the amount of$535,000. WHEREAS, A. The City Council has recognized the need to replace glazing units on the north and west sides of the Wall Street Building (now called the Everett Municipal Building) located at 2930 Wetmore Avenue. B. Ordinance No. 3578-17 was established as Fund 342, Program 025 entitled "Wall Street Building Window Replacement Project" (now called the Everett Municipal Building) to accumulate the construction costs for the project in the amount of$155,000. C. Ordinance No. 3578-17 accumulated the construction costs for Phase 1 of the project D. The City Council has recognized the need to replace the glazing units on the south side of the Wall Street Building (now called the Everett Municipal Building). E. Ordinance No. 3633-18 was established amending Ordinance No. 3578-17 entitled "Wall Street Building Window Replacement Project" (now call the Everett Municipal building), Fund 342, Program 025,to accumulate the construction costs for the project in the amount of$305,000. F. Ordinance No. 3633-18 accumulated the construction costs for Phase 2 of the project. G. The City Council has recognized the need to replace the glazing units on the east side of the Wall Street Building (now called the Everett Municipal Building). H. Additional funding is required to replace the glazing units on the east side of the Wall Street Building (now called the Everett Municipal Building). I. The amending Ordinance will accumulate costs for Phase 3,the final phase of the project. NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3633-18 which reads as follows:
