During constri�ction, all truck tr:.ffic to and from the site within the City of. <br /> Everett shall bP a� arterial streets unless otherwise approved by ihe Public <br /> Works Depar[ment. <br /> 4. The approximate se��'er connection fee based on the preliminary information <br /> provided is $23,350.08 as of 1-19-81. The actual cost siiall be computed by <br /> the Duilding Department per the ordinance in effect at the time and <br /> according to thr information provided on the appro��ed plans on the date of <br /> permit iss�iance. <br /> 5. On-site detentio�� is required. Drainage calculations to be submitted on City <br /> Drainage Plan submission form. Resecding of exposed carth Is required <br /> witliin 30 days oi completion of earth work. <br /> 6. A preconstruction conference on Civil [ngineering poriion ot project is <br /> required prior to approval ot Public Worl<s Permit.
