King, <br /> On November 15, 2012 the City of Everett Hearing Examiner issued an Order requiring you to <br /> abate the violations of EMC 8.20.020 (A)(C)(G) on the property noted above. You failed to <br /> abate ll or part of the violations. Pursuant to the-Agreement you entered into with the City the <br /> City abated the outstanding violations. <br /> The abatement of the violations on the property was completed on February 25, 2013, pursuant <br /> to the Agreement and provisions of the Everett Municipal Code, chapter 1.20. The cost to the <br /> City for this work is$4,510.44 and an invoice is attached. According to EMC 1.20.090 (B), all <br /> costs of abatement, including incidental expenses, shall be billed to the Respondent and <br /> become.due and payable 30 days from the date of this bill.
