5 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE creating a special improvement project entitled, <br /> "Everett Downtown Streetscape Improvements -Phase II,"Fund 303, <br /> Program 101,to accumulate all costs for the improvement. <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Everett is committed to a planned traffic and safety improvement • <br /> program; and . . <br /> WHEREAS,the City of Everett has identified the need and obtained funds to construct certain <br /> safety improvements on Hoyt Avenue between Pacific Avenue and Wall Street; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> • <br /> A special improvement project is hereby established as Fund 303;Program 101, entitled <br /> "Everett Downtown Streetscape Improvements - Phase H,"to accumulate all costs for the <br /> improvement. <br /> Section 2: <br /> Authorization is hereby given to accumulate costs and distribute payments from Fund 303, <br /> Program 101, for the improvement project. <br /> Section 3: • <br /> Authorization is hereby granted for the"Public Works Director" or"City Engineer,"under <br /> direction of the Mayor,to assume full and complete responsibility for conducting'all tasks and <br /> doing all things to accomplish the actions authorized in this ordinance. <br /> Section 4: <br /> The sum of$674,520.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 303, Program 101, "Everett Downtown <br /> Streetscape Improvements -Phase II,"as follows: <br /> A.
