How can we attract good tenant and neighbors if we can
not state this is a safe neighborhood?
Please review the follow Police Reports for our neighboring property. Dates
of reports are from 5/19/12- 4/22/13
If I counted correctly 61 entries which includes multiples of the following,
Registered Sex Offender Warrant
Theft Disturbance
Assault Violation of Court Order
Substance Abuse Trespassing
Civil Crime against Child
Burglary
Domestic Violence
The City Of Everett has in place great tools to stop the crimes associated
with rental properties. Implimating these tools will allow the Police force the
opportunity to take a breather between calls, and get better all around
coverage of the City.
Please review the following tools,
1. Rental Housing Incident Notification Card Program must be utilized.
All Landlords and Owner must be contacted through this program on
incidence associated with their properties.
Presently, the owner or manager, volunteer to sign up for notification!
