A request for a one year extension of <br />this Final Declaration of Nons;gnificance may be made to the Planning <br />Director prior to the expirztion date. <br />DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL - Thr proposed ac[ion is the isauance of permits to <br />all�:+ the demolition of an existing structure and the construction of a new <br />varehouse building of approximately 16,584 square feet. Another existing <br />varehouse building on the site would be expanded vith an approximately 13,745 <br />square fnet addition. Visual acreening of [he site frr�m the public accesa to the north and <br />ecrrening of any outdoor storage area or rubbish disposal area must be <br />provided. Landacape ar.reening must use evergreen plant materiaie and <br />ahall comply with Section 19.40.050 of [he Zor.ing Code and Section 1.13 <br />uf the City's Standarda and Specifications Manual. <br />6. Detailed draaings, in accordance vith Citp Design S Conetruction <br />Standarda, ahall be submitted to [he Public Worka Department ehowing <br />site parking layout, Landacaping, utilities, storm drainage, and all <br />requi:e3 ?c�rovements in the public right-of-way. Public Works <br />Dr.partmen[ approval uf these drawings ia required prior to any permits <br />being isaued. AL1 improvements shall be completed, appruved and <br />warrsnted before the Occupancy Permit is isaued. <br />7 <br />Full standard street improvements are required [o W.
