Checklist P,eview �/164 <br />PROPOSAL <br />To construct a 28,000 square foot metal building at 1028 Norton Avenue. <br />RECOMMENDATIONS <br />It is the recommendation of the Public Norks Department that issuance of a Negative <br />Declaration be subject to the following: <br />1. A detailed drawing shall be suUmitted to the Public Works Departme�t <br />showing parking layout, landscaping, driveways, utilities, storm dra3nage <br />(including flow lines and grate elevations), and all required impr�vements <br />to the public right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of these <br />drawings is required before any permits are issued. All improvements shall <br />be completed before the Occupancy Permit is issued. <br />Plans shall include the authority �permission/agreement) for, and the existing <br />and proposed improvements to off-site access road from Norton to the site. <br />2. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris during construction. <br />3. During construction, all truck traffic to and from the site within the City <br />of Everett shall be on arteriat streets unless otherwise approved by the <br />Public Works Department. <br />4. A plan is requirzd indicating how drainage is to be conveyed from the site <br />and how and where it ultimately drains. Provisions for oil separation is <br />also required. <br />S.
