RECOMMENDATIONS It is the recornmendation of the Public Works Department that issuance of a`degative Declaration be subject to the following: 1• A detailed drawing shall be submitted to the Public Worl<s Department showing parking layout, landscaping, driveways, utilities, storm drainage (including flow lines and grate elevations), and all required improvements to the public right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of these drawings is required before any permits are issued. All improvements shall be completed before the Occupancy. Permit is issued. Plans shall include the authority (permission/agreement) for, and the existing and proposed improvements to off-site access road from Norton to tiie site. 2. City streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris during construction. 3. During, construction, all truck tratfic to and from the site within the City of Eve:rett shali be on arterial streets unless otherwise approved by the Public Wnrks Department. 4. A plan is required indicating how drainage is to be conveyed irom the site and how and where. it ultimately drains. Provisions for oil separation is also required. S.
