A <br />summary is providecl bclow for cach usagc arca. <br />Access and Parkine <br />r\cccss to thc sitc and boalyard patron parking is to bc in t�vo lucutions: thc first parking <br />lot is located to the south at inicrseclion of 13'�' Su�eet and I" Avc and provides 100 nc�v <br />stalls including 3 truck and boat-u•ailcr st.ills, thc sccond lot is locatcd cast of thc 2"`� Avc <br />turncuound proaidcs 31 ncw stalls. Drainagc from thesc arcas is to bc collectcd and <br />convcycd to the 2"`� Avc stormwater trcatment system, consistina of a Stormliltcr <br />u�caunent system, desicncd by RMI, and is to then be dischargcd through an existing <br />oulf.dl localed on 2"`� Avc thal outicCs into thc marina basin. Thc systcm dcsign �br thc <br />Slormliltcr is provided tmdcr a sepcirate pennil suUmival to thc COG (sec Nortli Marina <br />RcJcvclopmcnt Inll•asuucturc Phasc I by R�11) ,md includcs thc rcquircd runoff from this <br />arcu. <br />Boal �Vork Yard <br />"I'hc proposcd ho:u work yard will providc �?4 acres of nc�v work arca. including a new <br />19 �)00 sf bo,u �vash down pad, back of retail shop workspaccs, and -42 new parking <br />employce parking stalls located to the north and west of thc washpud and ncw Port officc <br />building 'G'.
