Fee: <br />� <br />Your layout plans have been reviewed by the Snohomish Health <br />District with the following co�ents: <br />1. Walls and�ceiling of preparation area must be made of <br />light colored, smooth, durable and easily cleanable <br />material. " <br />2. Floors in preparation area must be smooth, nonabsorbent, <br />durable and easily cleanable. ::oncrete floors must be <br />seaied and finished smooth to be acceotable. <br />3. A hand sink is required in preparation area. <br />4. One compartment sink in oreparation area must be connected <br />indirectly to the sewage system. This siak can only be <br />used to clean and defrost fish. All utensils must be <br />cleaned and properly sanitized in the plant area. <br />5. All refrigerated cases not self contained must be connected <br />indirectly to the sewage system. <br />6. Protective covers are required on all light fixtures in <br />retail fish area. <br />7. No cutting of fish will be permitted in retail area. <br />All fish processing will be performed in processing plant <br />area. <br />8. All building and fire codes for the City of Everett must <br />be followed. <br />9. In 1980, the Board of Health established a plan review <br />fee for the review of plans and specifications. The <br />fee schedule is $25.00 per hour. Your total revieiv time <br />i� one (1) hour or $25.00. This fee must be paid before <br />germits can be issued. <br />In addition, it should be pointed out that approval of the <br />finished installation ic subject to the final field inspection. <br />Therefore, only when the final field inspection is called <br />for and approved will. the food servi.ce permit• be issued. <br />
