Mukilteo Blvd. <br />Dear Mr. McKee, <br />This letter is in response to the City's request for information regarding the property to the West of our site <br />The site is owned by Janice Petrie who has requested Verizon to help alleviate drainage issues she has on <br />her site. Her request is the result of site work done by GTE when the site was originally built 20 years ago. <br />At that time a drainpipe was installed between the two sites w here a ditch was located. It is unclear at this <br />time if the drainpipe is the main cause of her drainage issues. <br />Verizon's official response to her request is that they will not be able to assist her at this time. They have a <br />designated amount of capital funds to build the addition. At this time Verizon will not be able to allocate <br />extra money to help alleviate this drainage issue. <br />Please let me know if you need any further information. <br />Thank you. <br />James R.
