The bottom elevation of <br /> the bridge girders generally ranges from 15.1'to 16.0' NAVD88, and therefore the top elevation of <br /> adequately compacted dike fill will be limited. <br /> 8.3 Technical Specifications for Repair Under 1-5 (90% and 100%) <br /> Otak will prepare technical special provisions, bid schedule, and assemble the project construction <br /> manual based on City standard"double-sided printing"format, Project Manual will include sections for <br /> contract and general/special provisions, bid proposal, contract, and applicable appendices. It is <br /> assumed that the City will provide the front-end contract(Division 0)for Otak to assemble the Project <br /> Manual.
