The proposed procedural amendment to Title 15 of the Everett Municipal Code would <br /> allow the extra two years provided by State law for subdivisions and short subdivisions and allow seven <br /> years(rather than the current 5 years)before expiration if the subdivision was granted preliminary approval <br /> prior to December 31, 2014;and revert to five years if preliminary approval is granted after January 1, 2015. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Adopt Ordinance Amending the Expiration Date for Preliminary Subdivisions and Preliminary Short <br /> Subdivisions, amending Section 5(C) of Chapter 5 of Ordinance No. 2530-01, as amended(EMC 15.20.210). <br /> 1 <br />
