Marine View Drive, Everett <br />Dear Mr. Grannum: <br />Your plans have been received; however the plans cannot be approved as submitted. The following <br />information is needed prior to further plan review. <br />1. A cop) of proposed menu must be submitted. <br />2. An icemaker is shown in the restroom. No food preparation, food storage, food equipment, or the like <br />is allowed in a restroom. The icemaker must be relocated to an appropriate area. The location of the <br />ice machine must be shown on the cook line. <br />3. Only one refrigerator is indicated on the cook line. No freezers are shown on the cook line. Frozen <br />fish cooking is indicated on the submitted description of the food preparation process. Additional <br />refrigeration, such as a preparation (or salad top) refrigerator, and a sufficient number of freezers are <br />required on the cook line. The location of all additional refrigeration must be shown on the floor plan. <br />4. No manufacture name and model numbers were submitted for any refrigeration or freezer units. The <br />manufacture name and model number for all refrigeration and freezer units for the remodel must be <br />submitted. <br />S. Submit a revised floor plan, drawn to scale, showing location of all equipment, plumbing fixtures and <br />the like that includes the required additional information. The scale of the drawing should be 1/4 inch <br />equals 1 foot. <br />6. Please note that the proposed deli, (fish and chips bar), lacks a three -compartment ware washing sink. <br />Because of this all utensil, equipment, and other ware washing must be done at the three -compartment <br />sink in the fish market. <br />Please note that prior to operating permit issuance and approval to open the new facility, after the Health <br />District plan review process is completed and construction is finished, the Health District permit <br />application process for the deli must be completed and a preoperational inspection must be conducted. <br />Please contact me if you have any questions.
