O&M Manual August 29, 2013 <br /> Boeing Everett Rail Spur Parking Lot Expansion <br /> Operation and Maintenance Manual <br /> Person or Organization Responsible for Maintenance of the On-Site Storm System: <br /> The Boeing Company <br /> Maintenance Division <br /> 3003 West Casino Road <br /> Everett, WA 98203 <br /> The Location Where the Operation and Maintenance Manual is to be Kept: <br /> 40-11 Building—Shared Services Group <br /> Boeing Everett Plant <br /> 3003 West Casino Road <br /> Everett,WA 89203 <br /> *Note:The manual and maintenance activity log must be made available to the City of <br /> Everett for inspection purposes. <br /> Description of On-Site Storm System <br /> The on-site storm system for the Rail Spur Parking Lot Expansion project consists of <br /> Type 1 and Type 2 catch basins with spill control elbows, along with 12" SDR35 storm <br /> pipe connecting the proposed catch basins to existing and proposed treatment facilities. <br /> Stormwater runoff from the site will be captured in catch basins situated in the new <br /> parking lot. Stormwater will be conveyed to an existing water quality drainage swale for <br /> treatment before reaching an existing detention pond to the west of Perimeter Road. All <br /> onsite catch basins will have a downturned 90 degree elbow for oil/water separation/spill <br /> control. <br /> Existing bioretention swales that treat stormwater runoff from paved areas north and <br /> south of the proposed parking lot will be removed. Replacing the purpose of the <br /> bioretention swales will be a StormFilter vault treating runoff from the north subbasin <br /> and a StorniFilter catch basin treating runoff from the south basin before runoff from both <br /> subbasins are routed to Japanese Gulch. <br /> The spill control elbows serve as source control of pollution on the project site. In order <br /> to control pollutants, proper maintenance and cleaning of debris, sediments, and oil from <br /> stormwater collection and conveyance systems is required per the operation and <br /> maintenance recommendations found in the City of Everett Stormwater Manual and also <br /> applicable 1992 Department of Ecology Stormwater Manual maintenance <br /> recommendations.
