A plarter or a different design <br />for that portion of the wall will be required. If a plan[er is pre`erred, there is enough sidewalk evidth along VJest <br />Nlarine Vie�v Drive :o provide a three (oot wide planter along the hlank wall portion of the west wall. <br />5) storefront detail� along Wall Sireet. Canopies provided along Wall Street provide one type of storefroni detaii <br />In addition to Ihe above items, wall signs above the first floor are prohibited. In regards to the proposed sidewalk <br />widths and design, on-street parking, and landscaping along bVall Street, we are woikmg u-ith the Public 4Vorks on this <br />and will send comments to the contractor as you suggested.
