It is uniortunate that a mista4e was made when ordering the concrete and then not detected at time of placement. I have talked to Joe Zlab hvice on the matter, as the representauves of the ownersh�p �ve feel comfor[able in going forward with the mncrete that has been placed. Be advised that we do approve of this substitution. To prevent potent�al expensive corrective measures, we highly recommend that any future substrtutions be submitted for our review prior to implemen[ation.
