The Contractor shall <br /> and perform <br /> n accosuch rdance eillwth applicable and )on federal,in a professional and courteous manner including, without limitation, <br /> state and local laws, regulations, procedures and policies <br /> collection and credit reporting laws. <br /> The Contractor will not attempt to collect fees at the scene, in route, or upon delivery of <br /> the patient to a health facility for services rendered. <br /> The Contractor shall maintain billing and accounts <br /> treceivable inoeach iofon.the he <br /> Contractor shall provide, within ninety (90) y <br /> Contractor's fiscal years, data that clearly identify collection rates and compliance with <br /> rate structure, and the preliminary balance sheet and income statement for its <br /> operations within the City.
