/s""1/ <br /> V.I I <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 1 - <br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> CITY OF EVERETT AND SNOHOMISH COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT <br /> FOR JURY MANAGEMENT SERVICES <br /> This Amendment No. 1 is entered into by and between the City of Everett, a <br /> municipal corporation under the laws of the State of Washington ("Everett") and the <br /> Snohomish County Superior Court, a State of Washington Superior Court in and for <br /> Snohomish County("Superior Court"). <br /> RECITALS <br /> Everett and the Superior Court are parties to an Agreement for Jury Management <br /> Services effective July 15, 2017 (the "Agreement"). Everett and the Superior Court <br /> desire to amend the Agreement for the purpose of increasing the number of potential <br /> jurors from 13 to 18 that the Superior Court provides to Everett. <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> In consideration of the mutual promises herein and other good and valuable <br /> consideration,the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, Everett and <br /> the Superior Court agree to amend the Agreement as follows: <br /> 1. Section 1 of the Agreement is hereby amended to allow for a panel of up to <br /> eighteen (18) potential jurors per day from which Everett may select persons to <br /> serve on its petit juries. <br /> 2.
