November 20, 2019 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 p.m., <br /> November 20, 2019, in the City Council Chambers of the William E. Moore Historic <br /> City Hall, Council President Bader presiding. Upon roll call, it was found that Mayor <br /> Franklin and Council Members Roberts, Moore, Murphy, Bader, Stonecipher, and <br /> Tuohy were present. Council Member Vogeli was excused. <br /> Council Member Moore led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the November 13, 2019, City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin stated she issued a proclamation declaring the week of November <br /> 30, "Small Business Week," and encouraged citizens to shop locally to support <br /> small businesses. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Murphy provided a liaison report on his attendance at the Public <br /> Facilities District Board meeting. <br /> Council Member Roberts reported on his attendance at "Sing It Forward" a <br /> Kidstage concert at Village Theatre. He spoke about the upcoming legislative <br /> session. Council Member Roberts also reported on his attendance at the Delta <br /> Neighborhood meeting. <br /> Council Member Tuohy provided a liaison report from the Library Board Meeting. <br /> She also announced that the Evergreen Branch grand re-opening is scheduled for <br /> December 6 at 2 p.m. <br /> 347 <br />
