November 20, 2019 <br /> RESOLUTION - CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No. 7451 acknowledging the payment of audited and <br /> approved claims against the City of Everett in the amount of $5,589,740.94 for <br /> the period of November 2, 2019, through November 8, 2019. <br /> RESOLUTION — ELECTRONIC TRANSFER CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No. 7452 authorizing electronic transfer claims against the <br /> City of Everett in the amount of$6,670,898 for the period of September 1, 2019, <br /> through September 30, 2019. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED— FITNESS EQUIPMENT AT THE CARL GIPSON <br /> SENIOR CENTER <br /> To authorize the Mayor to sign the contract amendment with Snohomish County <br /> Human Services to add fitness equipment at the Carl Gipson Senior Center in the <br /> amount of$23,000. <br /> GRANT AGREEMENT— EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT OPERATIONS <br /> To authorize the Mayor to sign the Emergency Management Performance Grant <br /> Agreement with the Washington State Military Department to receive grant <br /> funding in the amount of $61,970 with a matching cost of $61,970 to fund <br /> Emergency Management Operations. <br /> AGREEMENT AMENDED— DIKING IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 5 DIKE <br /> REPAIR DESIGN SERVICES <br /> To authorize the Mayor to sign Amendment No. 2 to the Professional Services <br /> Agreement with Otak, Inc., for Diking Improvement District No. 5 dike repair <br /> design services to include additional design services, extend the contract <br /> completion date, and increase the total compensation by$62,868 to an amount <br /> not to exceed $472,311. <br /> 349 <br />
