• <br /> November 27, 2019 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 12:30 p.m., <br /> November 27, 2019, in the City Council Chambers of the William E. Moore Historic <br /> City Hall, Council President Bader presiding. Upon roll call, it was found that <br /> Council Members Murphy, Bader, and Tuohy were present. Council Member <br /> Moore was expected to be late. Mayor Franklin and Council Members Roberts, <br /> Vogeli, and Stonecipher were excused. <br /> Council Member Moore entered Council Chambers at 12:30 p.m.just after roll call. <br /> Council Vice President Tuohy led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the November 20, 2019, City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed. <br /> MAYOR <br /> • Mayor Franklin was excused. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Murphy encouraged residents to shop locally for Small Business <br /> Saturday and wished everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. <br /> Council Member Moore also encouraged residents to shop locally for Small <br /> Business Saturday and wished everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. <br /> Council Vice President Tuohy wished everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. <br /> President Bader wished everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. He also provided a liaison <br /> report from the Transportation Advisory Committee. <br /> President Bader, in Mayor Franklin's absence, asked for concurrence with an <br /> appointment to the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee. <br /> • <br /> 355 <br />
