November 6, 2019 <br /> The regular meeting of the Everett City Council was called to order at 6:30 p.m., <br /> November 6, 2019, in the City Council Chambers of the William E. Moore Historic <br /> City Hall, Council President Bader presiding. Upon roll call, it was found that <br /> Council Members Roberts, Moore, Murphy,Vogeli, Bader,Stonecipher,and Tuohy <br /> were present. Mayor Franklin was excused. <br /> Members of Boy Scout Troop 90 led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> The minutes of the October 30, 2019, City Council meeting were approved as <br /> printed. Council Member Stonecipher abstained from the vote. <br /> MAYOR <br /> Mayor Franklin was excused. <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council Member Roberts congratulated Council Members Vogeli, Bader, <br /> Stonecipher, and Tuohy on their reelections. He also spoke about the passage of <br /> State Initiative 976 (1-976) and what that will mean for future transit challenges. <br /> President Bader, in Mayor Franklin's absence, asked for concurrence with <br /> appointments to the Everett Housing Authority Board. <br /> APPOINTMENTS <br /> Moved by Council Member Tuohy, seconded by Council Member Vogeli, to <br /> concur with the following appointments: <br /> Everett Housing Authority Board <br /> Appointment of Kevin Phan to Position 2 for a five-year term expiring October 6, <br /> 2024. <br /> 328 <br />
