Jackson Park. The Parks and Recreation Department <br /> submitted a competitive grant application in the amount of$500,000. Funding in the full amount of <br /> $500,000 was awarded for the project. <br /> The funding will assist the City in renovating the neighborhood component ("Phase One") of the park as <br /> identified in the City Council adopted master plan for Senator Henry M. Jackson Park. In combination with <br /> City, other local, state, and federal funding,the full phase one project is anticipated to be designed and <br /> constructed by the end of calendar year 2015. <br /> The Washington Wildlife and Recreation Program Project Agreement is a standard project grant agreement <br /> with the State of Washington and administered through the RCO. The agreement identifies the parties' <br /> rights and obligations related to the grant award and project development. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Washington Wildlife and Recreation Program Project Agreement with the <br /> Washington State Recreation and Conservation Office for Senator Henry M.
