The County Council <br /> with proceeds of the bond sale. One of the projects included Senator Henry M. Jackson Park. <br /> The proposed Interlocal Agreement will provide up to $75,000 in matching funds to assist in the installation <br /> of a new playground as part of the redevelopment of the neighborhood portion of Senator Henry M. Jackson <br /> Park that will occur during the next 30 months. The County will match, dollar for dollar,the cost to design, <br /> acquire, and install new playground equipment up to a maximum of$75,000. This match will be on a cost- <br /> reimbursement basis. <br /> In recognition of this partnership,the Interlocal Agreement stipulates that the City will 1) install a plaque at <br /> the park recognizing Snohomish County as a financial sponsor of the playground;and 2)recognize <br /> Snohomish County as a financial sponsor in City promotional material related to the playground. <br /> RECOMMENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Authorize the Mayor to sign the Interlocal Agreement with Snohomish County for Park Project Funding for <br /> Senator Henry M.
