4 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project <br /> entitled,"Rucker-Hoyt Streetscape Project,"Fund 303,Program <br /> 090 as established by Ordinance No.3189-10 <br /> WHEREAS,the special improvement project entitled"Rucker-Hoyt Streetscape Project,"Fund <br /> 303,Program 090, was established to provide identified improvements; and <br /> WHEREAS,the purpose of the fund has been accomplished; and <br /> WHEREAS,there are neither outstanding obligations of the fund to be paid nor uncollected <br /> revenues to be received; • <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1: <br /> That the special improvement project entitled"Rucker-Hoyt Streetscape Projct"Fund 303, <br /> Program 090, as established by Ordinance No. 3189-10, be closed. <br /> Section 2: • <br /> That the final expenses and revenues for the"Rucker-Hoyt Streetscape Project,"Fund 303, <br /> Program 090, are as follows: <br /> A.
