The Comcast Arena at Everett will be hosting the Fully Charged <br /> edition of the Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey Circus from October 7th through September <br /> 14th,2013. <br /> On Monday,October 7th,2013 Wall Street between Broadway Ave and Lombard Ave will close at <br /> 1:00am to facilitate the circus'arrival,setup,daily operations,tear down and departure. It will reopen <br /> on October 14th,2013 at 1:00pm.
