Unless otherwise provided in the Policy Manual,all documentation,notices and dispute resolution (including judicial proceedings) relating to this Agreement must be produced in the English language. Any translations of this Agreement, or incorporated documents,are provided solely for your convenience and, in all cases,the English language version shall govern. All fees required under this Agreement are denoted in and must be paid in United States dollars. 19. Government Entities,.If you are a Government Entity,the following clauses do not apply to you: Paragraph 11, Limitation on Damages; Paragraph 14,Indemnification; Paragraph 15, Governing Law;and Paragraph 16,Venue. As used herein,the phrase"Government Entity"means a sovereign nation,and any of its agencies or instrumentalities, as well a state, provincial or local government, including an agency, board or commission in the executive branch of such government. • • 78
