, I <br /> property, annexations, and changes in state-assessed property, and$200,000 <br /> resulting from a refund levy, for a total of$34,231,607. <br /> EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES <br /> The Everett City Council hereby authorizes the property tax levy for collection <br /> in the year 2014 at$5,744,230 (including a$430,826 increase in dollar amount, <br /> which is a 8.1083% increase over the amount of taxes lawfully levied by the <br /> City in 2013,plus an estimated$100,000 from new construction,improvements <br /> to property, annexations, and changes instate-assessed property,and$100,000 <br /> resulting from a refund levy,for a total of$5,944,230. This amount will <br /> maintain a levy rate of$0.50 per$1,000 of assessed value.
