EVERETT <br /> WASHINGTON <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 3709-19 <br /> An ORDINANCE creating the special construction fund entitled "Fire Station No. 2 and Fire Station No. <br /> 6 Additions and Alterations", Fund 342, Program 029, to accumulate the construction costs for the <br /> project in the amount of$850,000. <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> A. The City Council has recognized the need to remodel Fire Station No. 2 and Fire Station No. 6. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,THE CITY OF EVERETT DOES ORDAIN: <br /> Section 1. A special construction fund is hereby entitled "Fire Station No. 2 and Fire Station No. 6 <br /> Additions and Alterations", Fund 342, Program 029 <br /> Section 2. Authorization is hereby granted to the Facilities/Property Management Director under the <br /> administration of the Mayor, to assume full responsibility for conducting all tasks and performing all <br /> necessary steps to accomplish the actions authorized by this Ordinance. <br /> Section 3. The estimated cost of the project is$850,000.00 including costs related to construction. <br /> Section 4: The sum of$850,000.00 is hereby appropriated to Fund 342, Program 029, "Fire Station No. <br /> 2 and Fire Station No. 6 Additions and Alterations". <br /> A. Use of Funds <br /> Construction $850,000 <br /> Total $850,000 <br /> B. Source of Funds <br /> CIP 1 $850,000 <br /> Total $850,000 <br /> C. The appropriation shall not lapse, but shall be carried forward from year to year until fully <br /> expended or the purpose has been accomplished or abandoned without the necessity of re- <br /> appropriation. <br />
