If you wish to prevent the pe-mit from expiring without <br />documentation of completion, you may: <br />1) Request an inspection of work that hu occurred, to document continuing progress, <br />or 2`� Request final iaspection if the work is completed, <br />or 3) Submit a written request for a 180 day extension. <br />Please respond within 10 days.
