Additional revisions, or additions, may be <br />required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the <br />2006 Iuternational Building Code, as amended by the State of Washington and adopted by the <br />City of Everett and the Washington State Energy Code, 2006 Edition, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide <br />the Building Division witl► two complete new sets of revisions reflecting the corrections <br />requested. <br />The south wall of thc proposed addition is reyuired to be of one-hour fire-resistive <br />construction that is rated for exposure to fire from both sides. IBC 704.5. <br />The south wall of the proposed addition is required to comply with the parapet <br />requirements of IBC 704.11. <br />3. The proposed addition along with the existing building will be required to be equipped <br />with an approved automatic fire detection system in accordance with tlie City of Everett <br />Municipal Code, Chapter 16.76.
