In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building Division witl► two complete new sets of revisions reflecting the corrections requested. The south wall of thc proposed addition is reyuired to be of one-hour fire-resistive construction that is rated for exposure to fire from both sides. IBC 704.5. The south wall of the proposed addition is required to comply with the parapet requirements of IBC 704.11. 3. The proposed addition along with the existing building will be required to be equipped with an approved automatic fire detection system in accordance with tlie City of Everett Municipal Code, Chapter 16.76. This provision should be included with the submittal. Upon resubmittal of the drawings, your application will be given priority and plan review will recommence.
