r <br />PUBLIC WORKS PERMIT COMMENTS <br />4. Gcnnect side sewer per City Standard #601. <br />5. Connect side sewer per City Standard #'s 601, 602, 604. <br />6. Connect all roofrop downspouts te the side �ewer. <br />7. Connect rooftop downspouts to the drainage system provided for this lot. <br />8. Rooftop runoff must be discharged to a roof downspout infiltration system per City of Everett Storm <br />Manuai 3-2.62. The approximate size trench is 3.5' wide, 2' deep and 25' long. See attachment for <br />more details. <br />3. The contractor must meet with the Public Wc�Ks Inspector to discuss potential drainage routing prior to <br />beginning the project. <br />10. Install erosion control measures as determined by the Public Works inspector, such as silt fence, straw <br />bales, swales, or erosion blankets. <br />Install erosion control measures per City of Everett Standards for small parcels <br />Remove erosion control measures upon complelion of the project prior to final approval of lhe permit. <br />All excavaled material from foundation, sidewalk and driveways shall be hauled to an approved, <br />pennitted sile. No wasling of malerial is allowed on this building lot. <br />No dirt, mud, ro:,ks or debris to be tracked onto roadway. <br />No building materials to be stacked on sidewalks and sidewalks to be kept clean and open for <br />pedestrian travel. <br />Adjust water meter box 1" above sidewalk grade. <br />Remove and replace curb, gutter and sidewalk as per Cily of Everett Standard Plan #'s 305A & 306 on <br />lhis proposal's frontage as direcled by lhe Public Works Inspector (i.e. all unused driveways and any <br />broken or damaged area must be replaced). <br />Install a Type I concrete driveway per City of Everett Standard #307. <br />Pave driveway from the front property line out lo the street paving. <br />20.
