Metal cleats and spikes are prohibited. Metal cleats are not allowed at Phil Johnson Ballfields and are not <br /> allowed on any portable mound. Metal cleats may be used for 13 years and older in accordance with <br /> Little League rules with the previous restrictions. <br /> 3. Pets must be leashed at all times (and under owner control) and scoop all waste. Pets are prohibited on <br /> the ballfields. <br /> 4. Alcohol/Drugs prohibited in all park areas. <br /> 5. All tobacco products prohibited within posted areas. <br /> 6. Vehicles prohibited on fields or warning tracks. Park only in designated parking areas. Rangers may issue <br /> infractions for violations. <br /> 7. Additional park codes & regulations apply to all park facilities. EMC 9.06. <br /> 8. The misuse of city property or failure to abide by the rules is reason for suspension or denial of further <br /> use of the playing fields. <br />
