Neither the Company's rights to make inspections, nor the making thereof, nor any report thereon <br /> shall constitute an undertaking,on behalf of or for the benefit of the Named Insured or others,to determine or <br /> warrant that such property or operations are safe or healthful, or are in compliance with any law, rule or <br /> regulation. <br /> The Company may examine and audit the Named Insured's books and records at any time during the Policy <br /> Period and extensions thereof and within three years after the final termination of this policy as far as they relate <br /> to the subject matter of this insurance. <br /> M. AUTHORIZATION <br /> The first Named Insured listed in the Declarations or in any amendment thereto, agrees to act on behalf of all <br /> other Insureds with respect to the giving and receiving of all notices to the Company as may be required by the <br /> terms of this policy and in the receiving of any return premiums that may become due hereunder. <br /> All Insureds agree that the first Named Insured listed in the Declarations or in any amendment thereto,is <br /> hereby designated to so act on their behalf. <br /> N.
