C. Specific Requirements for Kate Livingston <br /> 1. Provide leadership and planning for Group Fitness classes <br /> a) This Professional Services Agreement is effective when the provider receives <br /> a written "Notice To Proceed" with a specific date from the provider's Point of <br /> Contact. <br /> b) Develop curriculum: plan dates, times and best activities and topics. <br /> c) Maintain attendance records <br /> d) Assist with promotion of classes by distributing flyers. <br /> e) Monitor and evaluate student's progress. <br /> f) Maintain and submit course evaluations. <br /> g) Monitors students and activity for safety. <br /> h) Write promotional information for activities as needed <br /> i) Renew Annual City of Everett Business License for 2020 no later than <br /> January 31, 2020 <br /> 2. The City has the right to cancel any program that does not meet minimum <br /> registration requirements. <br />
