Our services were performed as requested and <br /> scheduled by Western Wireless. Daily reports of our inspection were prepared at the time our <br /> services were provided. Our daily field reports, which are attached, form the basis for this final <br /> summary letter. <br /> AGRA performed special inspection services for reinforced concrete for support equipment and <br /> tower pad. We observed that the reinforcing steel and placement of concrete conformed with the <br /> approved plans and specifications.
