Our study included a review of
available geologic literature and geotechnical reports, drilling exploration borings, and
performing geologic studies to assess the type, thickness, distribution, and physical properties
of the subsurface sediments and shallow ground water conditions. Geotechnical engineering
studies were also condi:cted to provide pavement support recommendations and drainage
considerations. This report summarizes our current fieldwork and offers d-velopment
recommendations based on our present understanding of lite project.
1.2 Authorization
Written authorization to proceed with this study wcs provided by the Everett School District.
Our work has been accomplished in general accordance with our scope of work letter dated
September 30, 2005.
