The <br /> following list may not be complete. <br /> 1. Washington State Department of Ecology: National Pellulant Discharge Elimination <br /> System (NPDES) permit and stormwater construction permit. <br /> 2. Puget Sound Clean Air Agency: Air Quality Permit <br /> 3. Washington Stab Department of Labor and Industries: Construct;on Permits <br /> 4. Snohomish Health District <br /> OTHER REQUIREMENTS <br /> 1. A Public Works Permit is required for this project. Detailed drawings in accordance with City <br /> Design and Construction Standards shall be submitted to the Public Works Department, <br /> showing site parking layout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary construction <br /> erosion control. Public Works Department approval of these drawings is required prior to <br /> any permits being issued. All imxovements shall be completed, approved and warranted <br /> before the Occupancy Permit is issued/final approval is granted. <br /> 2. Parking must be per City Zoning Code and City Design and Construction Standards for <br /> Development. <br /> 3. This project must comply with the current City o/ Everett Building Code and Sprinkler <br /> Ordinance. <br /> 4. Special charges for connection to the sewer and water systems in accordance with <br /> Ordinance 1998-94 and subsequent revision are applicable. These charges are based on <br /> projected water usage and can be substantial. Applicant is encouraged to obtain a copy of <br /> the Ordinance and determine estimated charges prior to building permit application. The <br /> actual charges shall be computed by the Public Works Department per the ordinance in <br /> effect at the time and according to the information on the approved plans at the time of <br /> building permit issuance. <br /> 5. In accordance with the City of Everett Traffic Mitigation Ordinance, a Traffic Mitigation fee of <br /> $41, 560.00 is required to be paid prior to the issuance of building permits. <br /> 6. Approval of construction plans will require demonstration that all pertinent standards and <br /> regulations are met. <br /> T City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during construction. <br /> Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br /> 8. As-builts of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water systems will be required to be submitted <br /> per City Design and Construction Standard-, and Specifications for Development. <br /> 9. Any broken or damaged sidewalk shall be repaired/replaced per the City Public Works <br /> Inspector. <br /> 10. Walkways must be provided from the building enirance to the public sidewalk. <br /> t�� <br />
