Subsurface Erploratian and
Everett Bus Facility Design
Engineering Report
Design Recommendations
Everett, Washington
11.0 PROJECT DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION MONITORING
We are available to provide additional geotechnical exploration and consultation ab the project
design develops and possibly changes from that upon which this report is based. We
recommend that AESI perform a geotechnical review of the plans prior to final design
completion. In this way, our earthwork and pavement recommendations may be properly
interpreted and implemented in the design.
We arc also available to provide geotechnical engineering and monitoring services during
construction. The integrity of the grading, the pavement subgrades, and associated
underground utilities depends on proper site preparation and construction procedures. In
addition, engineering decisions may have to be made in the field in the event that variations in
subsurface conditions become apparent.
We have enjoyed working with you on this study and are confident that these recommendations
will aid in the successful completion of your project. If you should have any questions or
require further assistance, please do not hesitate to call.
Sincerely,
ASSOCIATED EARTH SCIENCES, INC.
Kirkland, Washington M Pl?
¢ ovwnsrr/.
Z. b
23580
ZONAL 0
saw _ - Exnnrs 11/ZU/
Edwardo Garcia, P.E.
