Additional revisions, or additions, may be <br /> required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or fire). All references refer to the <br /> 2003 international Building Code, as amended by the State of Washington and adopted by the <br /> City of Everett and the Washington State Energy Code, 2004 Edition, unless stated otherwise. <br /> In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide <br /> the Building Division with two complete new sets of drawings resecting the corrections <br /> requested. <br /> 1. IBC 302.3, Exception 2 requires 11-4 occupancies to be separated from other <br /> occupancies in accordance with Section 302.3.2.
