Exhibit B PROGRAM FEES The Tennis Program will provide a deposit in an amount mutually agreed upon by both parties. The deposit will reflect the anticipated fee to be paid to the City by the Tennis Program for the first Tennis Program played. The Tennis Program will pay the City 25% (twenty-five percent) of all registration fees for use of facilities as designated within the Agreement and as listed in Exhibit A(Schedule of Tennis Court Use). The fees collected will be based on the number of teams and individual players registered in the Tennis Program The Tennis Program will pay the City 100%of fees within 30 days of being invoiced. The Tennis Program will provide a registration summary to the City at the time of payment. Failure to pay the City may result in suspension of games and/or termination of the agreement.
