This ordinance would amend the current version of the City of <br />Everett vehicle prowling in the second degree law to be consistent with state law. Vehicle prowling <br />incidents charged in one charging document will not count as multiple offenses for the purpose of charging <br />felony vehicle prowl. Vehicle prowl incidents that occur on the same date will not count as multiple offenses <br />for the purpose of charging felony vehicle prowl. <br />RECOM1VIENDATION (Exact action requested of Council): <br />Adopt an Ordinance relating to Vehicle Prowling, Amending Section 49 of Ordinance No. 1145-85 (EMC <br />10.68.060). <br />9 <br />
