4 <br />collected by payroll deduction and that are not directly <br />distributed to a participating Charitable Organization or <br />Federation. <br />(ab) The financial administrator shall be <br />reimbursed a percentage of the proceeds collectedthat it <br />collects and disburses from the employee contributions. <br />The total percentage reimbursed to the campaign <br />manageFfmancial administrator shall be set by contract. <br />(be) The Employee Committee shall present Council with a <br />contract, for Council approval, for a campaign <br />managerfmancial administrator for a term not to exceed <br />five years. <br />(4) The Employee Committee is responsible for general oversight of <br />the campaign managerfmancial administrator's contract.C-ity <br />Council shall annually approve a contract for the campaign <br />manager -who -shall -be -responsible for the administration of the <br />Campaign operation under the general oversight of the Employee <br />Committee. The cost of the campaign manager shall be reimbursed <br />out of the proceeds collected from the employee contributions. The <br />b <br />set in the contract. <br />(BC) Compensation. There shall be one annual Campaign for Charitable <br />Organizations and Federations as provided by this chapter and in accordance with <br />rules adopted pursuant to this chapter. The Mayor shall designate the month in <br />which the Campaign will be held. <br />(B) Eligibility for Participation.
