The area is an <br /> unincorporated area along 19th Ave SW which for the most part would be commercially zoned in the City. <br /> The majorityproperty owner in the annexation area, Mrs. Susan Holdeman, is interested in annexation of her <br /> property into the City. The resolution before Council addresses whether Council will (1) geographically <br /> modify the proposed annexation area(see staff report), (2) require the adoption of a comprehensive plan for <br /> the area proposed for annexation, and (3) require the assumption of existing City indebtedness by owners of <br /> property within the proposed annexation area. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(Exact action requested of Council): <br /> Set July 31, 2013 at 6:30 p.m. as the date and time to consider the proposed annexation of an area along 19th <br /> Ave SE and north of 108th St SE and south of 106th St SE. <br /> 27 <br />
