(LNq; Thomas, Robert G(LNI); Thomlon, Stephen D(LNI); Vance, Larry (LNI) <br />SubJect: RE: Notices of Non Compliance <br />Hello David, <br />As I have determined, Air-serv Gro��P- �on.l These ompressors are I cated fatlgas sltationsomini- <br />equipment that you install in Washing <br />marts, etc. and are used to provide sir to veliicles. <br />So long as the property owner grants permission, under the owner's exemption in RCW <br />19,28.261, for your company to do electrical work on your equipment, you have the authority <br />to do the electrical installation, repair, and maintenance on your equipment and the electrical <br />supply from the last point of connection to the building's electrical system to your equipment. <br />This is typically a junction box or disconnect mounted on the building exterior. That exemption <br />also allows you to use your employees to act as your electricians. <br />Your ability to do electrical work is similar to that of a Ir.ssee of a multi space building where <br />the building owner grants the lessee permission to do electrical work. <br />You must s!ill get electrical permits and inspections as required by chapter 19.28 RCW and WAC <br />29G-4GB. <br />So long as you meet the parameters I have described, you Nill not be subject to compliance <br />action for violations of the eledrical contractor licensing or worker ccrtification law. <br />The electrical supervisors that are cc'd in this email will forward shi��n ior�ni ft`� �I °�t`ion or <br />inspectors.
