So long as the property owner grants permission, under the owner's exemption in RCW 19,28.261, for your company to do electrical work on your equipment, you have the authority to do the electrical installation, repair, and maintenance on your equipment and the electrical supply from the last point of connection to the building's electrical system to your equipment. This is typically a junction box or disconnect mounted on the building exterior. That exemption also allows you to use your employees to act as your electricians. Your ability to do electrical work is similar to that of a Ir.ssee of a multi space building where the building owner grants the lessee permission to do electrical work.
