December 4, 2019 <br /> COUNCIL <br /> Council members thanked County Council Member Sullivan. <br /> Council Member Vogeli stated that Mariner High School is presenting a <br /> community event showing a full-length documentary, "Unseen Cualtzin," a film <br /> dedicated to the community of South Everett on December 6 and 7 at 6:30 p.m. <br /> Council Member Moore stated that as he is the chief financial officer with Everett <br /> Public Schools, he would be preemptively recusing himself from Item #10, a public <br /> hearing on Council Bill 1911-54. <br /> Council Member Roberts provided an update from the Planning Commission <br /> meeting. He also stated that the next General Government Subcommittee <br /> meeting is scheduled for December 18. <br /> Council Member Moore requested that the parks naming process be added to <br /> next General Government Subcommittee meeting agenda. <br /> Council Vice President Tuohy announced that the reopening of the Evergreen <br /> Branch Library will be held on Friday, December 6, at 2 p.m. <br /> Council Member Stonecipher provided a liaison report from the Parks Board and <br /> Tree Committee meeting. She also stated she attended the Friends of the Everett <br /> Public Library reception at the Van Valey House on Tuesday.
