December 11, 2019 <br /> Flora Diaz, Legal, reviewed two amendment options to the ordinance (A and B) <br /> describing boundaries, as well as an amendment to Section 16. Ratepayers <br /> Advisory Board. <br /> Brock Howell, Everett Station District Alliance, provided comments on the three <br /> amendments to the proposed ordinance. He stated the District Alliance supports <br /> Option A, as well as the amendment to Section 16. <br /> Moved by Council Member Moore, seconded by Council Member Vogeli, that <br /> this is declared to be the third and final reading of Council Bill No. 1911-60, as <br /> amended, to include Option B and revisions to Section 16 as presented to <br /> Council. <br /> Discussion took place regarding the five-year sunset clause outlined in the <br /> proposed ordinance. <br /> Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member Vogeli, to <br /> amend the proposed ordinance to reduce the five-year sunset clause to three <br /> years. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting no, except council Members <br /> Murphy and Bader who voted yes. <br /> Motion failed. <br /> The City Clerk was directed to call the roll for the final disposition of the <br /> ordinance as amended. <br /> AYES: Roberts, Moore, Murphy, Vogeli, Bader, Stonecipher, Tuohy <br /> NAYS: None <br /> EXCUSED: None <br /> Ordinance No. 3714-19 adopted. <br /> 386 <br />
